Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Sportico app and website (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sportico helps sports communities (football, mini soccer, futsal and more) organise schedules, attendance, groups & positions, scores, standings and the community cash book.

• Sportico is free for players and communities. There are no plans or monthly/yearly fees.
• Sportico is a tool. Matches are organised by, and are the responsibility of, each community.

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. One account may join or manage several communities.

Community admins are responsible for their community's information, schedules, venues, member approvals and cash records. Admins must treat member data in line with the Privacy Policy and use it only for community purposes.

• Match fees are paid directly from players to the community's account. Sportico does not process, hold or escrow money.
• Transfer receipts you upload are only visible to the community's admins for verification.
• Refunds and payment disputes are settled between the player and the community. We may act on reported fraud.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (photos, comments, chat, polls). You grant Sportico a non-exclusive licence to store and show that content to the users allowed to see it, solely to operate the Service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

Not allowed: hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, child exploitation, fraud (including fake match fees), spam, impersonation, accessing other people's accounts, or disrupting the system. See also the Community Guidelines.

Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own decision and risk; make sure your health allows it. Sportico does not organise matches and is not liable for injuries, lost belongings or incidents at the venue.

We may suspend or close accounts or communities that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account or the Account deletion page.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sportico is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or losses caused by other users or communities.

We may update these terms; important changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
