1. How to delete your account
- Sign in to your account in the app or at sportico.id.
- Open Profile → Delete account (or use the button below this page).
- Enter your password to confirm and tap Delete account permanently.
Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account".
2. Data that is deleted
Name, email, WhatsApp number, profile photo, bio, birth date, sports & favourite positions, notifications, followers, sign-in history and transfer receipt photos. Deletion completes within 30 days; most of it happens immediately.
3. Data we keep
To keep community records correct, the following is kept without your identity (anonymised as "Sportico user"):
- match statistics (goals, assists, attendance), and
- community cash records (match fee amounts), kept for up to 5 years for bookkeeping.
Chat messages and comments remain but are shown without a name.
4. Community admins
If you own a community that still has other members, first transfer ownership to a co-admin in Manage → Members. Communities where you are the only member are deleted with your account.
